Gypsum centre mould made from RTV Silicone rubber

USE GUIDANCE FOR MOLDING SILICONE RUBBER

1. Take out a certain amount of liquid silicone base(part A)from the container;

2. Take out suitable amount of liquid silicone base(part B) from the container and mix

    with part A.

3. The two components of silicone rubber must be mixed homogeneously, otherwise

    it will be partly cured and solidified;

4. Deaerate in a vacuum cupboard to achieve bubble free vulcanization;

5. Pouring the deaerated mixture over the highest point of the model to form casting

    mould;

6. Demolding after the liquid silicone solidified thoroughly.

7. The mixed liquid silicone rubber will solidified in some time (as required) under room

    Temperature or higher temperature.

Applications

1. RTV liquid silicone can be used for poly resin crafts, PU crafts, PU resin crafts ,gypsum crafts ,unsaturated resin crafts, lighting and candles crafts ,plastic toy , stationery gifts crafts industry,

2. RTV liquid silicone  is applicable for large statue Buddha, relievo furniture, furniture decorative materials, statues Buddha, artifacts copied, building decoration materials, large-scale cement mold,

3.  RTV liquid silicone is intend for artificial fossils Factory, Europe component factory, simulation landscapes, animals and plants sculpture, sandstone crafts and so on.

Features:

 RTV liquid silicone is flowing liquid with general hardness of 18-55 A ° after curing with features:

 1)High heat resistance

 2)Extremely low shrinkage

 3)high tensile strength

 4)high tear strength

 5)easy de-mold   

FIRST AID:

Inhalation: Remove source(s) of contamination and move victim to fresh air. Contact physician immediately.

Eye Contact: Flush eyes with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

Skin Contact: In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water; remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse; seek medical attention if rash develops.

Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting unless instructed by a physician. Contact physician immediatedly.

After first aid, get appropriate in-plant, paramedic, or community medical support.
