LED High bay Production process

1.  QC for PCB and even up the solder paste, SMD light source.

2.  Smear the thermal grease on bottom of the light source PCB.

3.  Assemble the components: silicon, screw, reflector, optical glass.

4.  Fixing the MW driver with the driver box: water proof rubber ring and terminal.

5.  Adjust the discharge current(For adjustable power supply)

6.  Aging process

Note:

A. All components must be double check before assembling.

B. The thermal grease must be smear on the bottom of the light source PCB

C. Avoid screw loose.

D. Without cable damage

E. Avoid reverse connect for positive and negative.

F. With thermal conductivity 4.0 for the thermal conductivity above 100W, but with 5.0 thermal conductivity for over 300W.
