There are two kinds of fixture for tube light: one is a sort of starter, and the other is a sort of electronic ballast.
1)For starer: press the power switch and the light will be flicker several times.
2)For ballast: without the starter and press the power switch, the light will be on soon.
a.Installing methord for the sort of Starter:
Remove the starter and ballast, then rewire the led u tube as below: 

b.Installing methord for the sort of Electronic ballast:
Cut down all of the lines connected with the electronic ballast  and rewire the led u tube as below:
