Any component of our lighting products that fails, due to a manufacturing defect, will be replaced at no cost  within 1 year of invoice date. Replacements will be for the failed component or a new unit at X-Power discretion. All defective units are subject to manufacture\'s testing. Should any defect units be found to be defective from misuse, improper installation, or faulty wiring, the customer will be charge for the replacement .
