First,suck eggs up onto egg loading and conveying belt with a vacuum egg lifter(30 eggs once)

Second,eggs enter egg candling booth where workers can select out cracked eggs,black-cored eggs,eggs having gone bad due to some other reasons.

Third,egg cleaning machine wash eggs with warm water and specialized egg cleaning brushes.

Fourth,egg drying equipment will dry washed eggs with specialized egg drying brushes and strong heated wind produced by egg drying fans installed within egg cleaning machine.

Fifth,egg coding equipment will print company name,brand name,quality guarantee period,date of production or something like this onto eggshells so that egg products buyers can turn back to egg products producers if they are interested in the egg products.

Sixth,food-grade mineral oil spraying equipment will spray a very thin layer of mineral oil onto eggshells to keep bacteria away and prevent eggs from losing water.
