Equipment configuration: Our equipment is designed with two sets of twistable a pick up heads arms, which is Left Arm and Right Arm. Each arm will be installed with 5 pick up head. Feeders at design at the Left and Right arm home position. Precising module is located at the middle of feeder and surface mounting position for precising process before the devices are mounted on the PCB. Device present sensors is designed to confirm devices present on pick up heads during the process of transferring devices from feeder to surface mounting position. Surface Mount PCB table is designed to be individually operated according to program. This is to enhance on Non-stop operation concept. Our design is to ensure higher output with high accuracy SMT process.
