The machine working with one automatic raw material feeding machine sends the raw material to the fiber opener, the fiber opener opening the fiber and the sucking machine suck the product from the fiber opener and also the foam shredder and other material like feather into the mixing box, and then the blower filling the cushion and pillow. The pillow line with3capacity, 1.150kg/hour fiber opener with 2PCS fiber blower and 2.5cbm mixing box; 2.300kg/hour fiber opener with 4PCS fiber blower and 4cbm mixing box; 3.300kg/hour fiber opener with 8PCS fiber blower and 7cbm mixing box. The fiber blower can be added a table board and a scale for weighting the pillow or cushion while filling. Opening rate of the equipment can up to 98% to 100%. And metal sensor has assembled in the roller for prevent the metal and iron go into the machine and damage it.
