3. Tool Room Capabilities: Tooling is built and maintained by our fully-equipped modern in-house tool room. Our toolmakers have decades of experience construction highest quality class-A tools for metal stamping. Our multi-channel progressive dies can often offer the opportunity to save up to 13% on material costs. Die steel: SKD11, D2, SKH-9, ASP23; CR12; Tool size up to: 800*600*300mm; Tool making equipments: Grinding machine, milling machine, EDM, wire walking, brisk walking wire, CNC machining centers, lathes.
4. Surface Treatments: Zinc/nickel/chrome plating, polishing, galvanizing, anodizing, painting, powder coating, electrophoresis, PVC covering, and dichromate plating.
5. In-house Secondary Operations: Machining, welding, assembly, plating, painting, heat treating, tapping, threading, ultrasonic cleaning, and other value-added services.
6. Quality Assurance: All necessary inspection equipment is in-house and calibrated to National Standards on a regular basis. Our precision measuring instruments include 3D CMM, durometer meter, projector, altimeter and microscope, etc.
