2, Always include lockwasher to install hitch ball.
3, improper tightening may cause ball to loosen or fail.

5, Use only with couplers marked with this hitch ball size.
6, Do nut exceed load rating of this ball nor load rating of the hitch.
7, Do not fasten safety chain to hitch ball. ABSOLUTELY do not attach tow chain, cable, rope, elastic strap, nor elastic rope to hitch ball.
8, Check hitch ball tightness befor each use.
9, Place a small amount of heavy oil or grease on ball before each use. Do not allow oil or grease to accumulate under flange or no nut and threads.
