Polyurethane Spheres, PU Ball  Spheres with Metal Inserts

Where heavier spheres are required Pepson encapsulate a range of metal inserts in the polyurethane. These include aluminium, cast iron and hollow aluminium and cast iron inserts. Each insert is shot blasted, cleaned and bond sprayed to ensure a homogenous polyurethane/ metal sphere resistant to splitting and separation.
In general, designing for casting polyurethane is identical to designing for any plastic, molded or injection molded. Our pepson company could produce any parts basing on clients requirements like drawings or samples etc.
