This machine is drove by hydraulic and controlled by PLC. The operating system with 7'color touch-screen can display the real-time related information and parameters of rolling process, including bending radius of the products and son on.
The system has record, edit, modify, save, recall and other file management functions.
Equipment can be placed vertically or horizontally according to the users.
The profiles bending machine is a three roller arc downward structure. The main roller is fixed ,two side rollers are rotating in arc line around the main roller, its function is profile bending and forming; two side rollers can also be main transmission shaft, driven by hydraulic motor, its function is rolling forming; the supporting roller can be lift up and down, moved back and forth, and rotated, all these movement were driven by hydraulic cylinder, supporting roller's function is prevent profile twisting during bending it, ensuring the accuracy of the work piece. The above moving parts are installed in the welding structure of lathe bed, constitute the main body of profile bending machine.
All movements of machine are driven by hydraulic system, two side rollers' lifting movement are centrally controlled by electric control system, user operate through the digital display on the electric control cabinet.
