Description:

O'CELL integrates the slave module (PCBA) into batteries and developed a distinctive series of battery module. BMU will manage the whole system by opening/closing the contactor.

1. Interchangeable design to replace Lead Acid Battery.

2. The system can be scaled up by connecting modules in series and parallel.

Competitive Advantage:

1. Intrinsic Safety from LiFePO4 Material

Lithium ion battery made with O'CELL LiFePO4 cathode material can pass the safety tests easily such as nail test, 3C/15V over-charge test, etc.

2. 2.Better Shelf Life

The shelf life of lithium ion battery can be measured by capacity retention at full charge state. Usually, the capacity loss of self-discharge can be divided into recoverable and irrecoverable capacity. O'CELL LiFePO4 has excellent shelf life. The self-discharge rate is about 3% per month, the capacity can recover up to 98% after long time storage.

3. 3.Good Rate Performance

The discharging voltage platform of O'CELL LiFePO4 battery is flat. LiFePO4 power battery has good rate performance, the capacity @20C is more than 95% of 1C discharging capacity at room temperature. The maximum temperature rise is less than +20ºC.

4. Wider Operation Temperature

1.Operation temperature range:-20~+60℃;

2.Storage temperature range:-40~+60℃;

3.The capacity at -20℃ is more than 70% that of +25℃;

4.The capacity at +60℃ is more than 98% that of +25℃.

5. Excellent Cycle Life

During charging and discharging, the cathode (LiFePO4) and anode (graphite) in battery cause little changes of total volume. The small volume change will bring little internal stress to the separator, which will be helpful for the battery safety and cycle life. After 3,000 cycles, the residual capacity of O'CELL LiFePO4 battery is more than 75% of that of nominal capacity.
