When quantities of defective e cigarette rate is higher than 2%, defective e cigarettes can be returned to our factory, and the shipping cost will be paid by us. For individual unqualified products, we will replace them to you in your next order.

5-8days or so for the OEM order

Warranty:

1) half year warranty for MOD and 3 months for the atomizer, clear cartomizer.

2) Pls send back the defective goods within the warranty period, we will repaire them or send you new free;

3) If it is the sample or only several PCS accessoires(the fee is less or around shipping fee) are damaged, pls send us some pictures and video about it need to confirm your problem, then we will send you free new goods instead
