Product Specification:
Viscosity:130S~150S(spray-4 cups) /25℃
Ingredients: Acrylic resins, pigments, additives, solvents and the like.
Colour: 1K one coat, all kinds of autobodies, full colour range, colours can be ustomized.
Application Details:
(1) Application Primer
Remove the oil and grease away from the old paint or original paint. Apply HUATONG middle-coating baking paint and buff it with 600-800-sieve wet sand paper and then blow it dry. Otherwise, any water content left in the pits would affect the quality of the paint.
(2) Application Content:
① Mixing Proportion: solid-colour paint : thinner★=2: 0.8~1 (★Make a proper thinner proportion according to different temperatures)
② Spray Viscosity: 17S(spray-4 cups)/25℃
③ Dilution: Add in 10-30% thinner according to the temperature.
④ Hours of Use: approx. 6 hours at 25℃
⑤ Spray Pressure:4-5 Pa ;
⑥ Nozzle Diameter: gravity type 1.2~1.5mm
Suction type 1.4-1.6mm
⑦ Spray Method: Apply 2-3 coats to get a 45~60μm;
⑧ Waiting Interval: Adjust spray intervals according to the temperature. The interval takes 10-15 minutes at 20℃. After all sprays, wait 15-20 minutes before baking.
⑨ Tool Cleanings: Clean the tools with the thinner shortly after use.
⑩ Drying Time: 8 hours at 25℃, air dry needs 3 days to get cured completely, if baking at 80℃ for 30 minutes or baking at 70℃ for 45 minutes, then it needs 90 minutes to get cured completely.
(3) Reapply: For the treatment of small grains and sagging, buff them with 2000-grit sand paper after they’re completely cured and then polish them with polish wax.
Precautionss:
① Add tie water in the proportion of 1: 1 into the paint left beind inside the junctions and spray gun and then spray the paint to the junctions.
② As the two-component top coat would react with water, there should never be any water content in all equipment, containers and spray guns.
③ If any fish eye is found during the spray, stop the application at once. Add 3‰ antiball water and anti-fisheye water into the rest paint and then restore spraying. Thus the fish eye could be removed easily.
④ In winter, when the temperature drops to 20℃ below, it is suggested not to adopt self-dry method. It’s the best to bake in the baking chamber
