5mW Aiming Beam Red Diode Laser Module Single Mode 660nm , Coaxial Packaged
BWT’s Diode Laser family has varieties of package including Coaxial Packaged, Fiber-Coupled Single Emitter, Fiber-Coupled Multi-Single Emitter, Fiber Bundled Module and Direct Diode Laser System.
Coaxial Packaged Diode Lasers are available in wavelengths at 635nm and 680nm, the output power range from 2mW to 800mW.
635nm 2mW, 635nm 5mW, 635nm 20mW;
660nm 2mW, 660nm 5mW, 660nm 20mW, 660nm 800mW,
With Single Mode fiber coupling, 635nm 20mW can also provide optional function of 1030nm-1200nm feedback protection, protecting the diode laser from damage. Out of package there is a support with mounting holes that easy for settlement and in favor of heat dissipation. Based on laser welding technology and low cost design, 635nm 20mW Diode Laser is an economical and brilliant choice for Laser Aiming and Printing use.
The other kind 635nm diode laser has two output power, single mode fiber coupling 2mW while Multi-mode fiber coupling 5mW. BWT 635nm coaxial packaging diode laser has a wide use in aiming beam.
