 CE Approved Four Post Hydraulic Burrs Cutting Machine for Metal Products   Product Description  Machine Applications This series of hydraulic machines are widely used in: 1. Trimming or cutting and punching aluminum, magnesium alloy etc.metal products; 2. Also applied in whole cut of plastic, re-forming of silicon steel sheet; 3. Blanking, drawing, stamping,of metal, powder products; 4. Most widely used in the die casting industry.       Machine Features and Advantages   The XTM-106K adopts advanced dual oil cylinder,achieves two-stage speed control with sliding block, high speed closing and low speed pressing,high speed back stroke.   1. Frame of 4-column 3-plate design for high grde of parallelism between the active plate and the work platform,and leads to high precision of pressing.   2. Hydraulic pipe system uses integrated circuits manifold block fits inside the press to reduce piping and oil leaks.
  3. Operated by double-button switch.
  4. Selector switch modes of operation: jog (setup) and run (cycle).
  5. Flexibly adjustable pressure and stroke.
6.  Machine dwell time and stroke could be set specially as per processing requirements;
  7. Ideal of double SLC(Security Light Curtain) makes it safe of operation.
  8. Front Side Covers with emergencey switches; Protective fence and the safety interlock can be
added to upgrade the secure.   9. All pipes, flange and joint with vibrations proof and leakage proof design and setting .
  10. Four Goblet shaped Press Feet and idler wheels can be added to make it convenience to locate
and move.
