Machine Features

  1. Using four-column and three plate frame brings the highly vertical accuracy of parallelism between the active platen and the work platform, and leads to the precision of the downward pressing;   2.Adjustable cylinder stroke, BDC ( bottom dead center), makes the repeat precision of up to 0.01mm;    3.An ideal design of gathering the hydraulic components inside the centre of the overall frame,  which makes XTM-pro 105F more stable and decent;   4.A imported intelligent temperature controller and separately controlled thermal platens could be fed into the up and down mold platens, only allows difference of temperature in more or less 1 degree, so as not to burn down;  5.A electronic ruler and security curtain light and displayer could also be installed so as to reach more functions that safety  processing purpose; 6.See the four Goblet shaped Press Feet and idler wheels.
