Quality inspection procedure

1. We have five strict QC processes including incoming materials QC, IPQC (in process QC on patrol), LQC (line QC), FQC (final product QC) and OQC (output QC before shipping).

2. High quality 1100 aluminum alloy or galvanized steel.

1 Good fireproof performance

The main material of gypsum board is the plate with crystal water.When gypsum board meets fire initially,the constitution decides that the temperature will be no more than 140 C beforeevaporationofcrystal water.The good performance can get precious time for people to evacuate,and alsoextend time for fire-prevention.The steam released by heating gypsum board gets rid of the chocking danger because of toxic gases

2 Installation

3 Good heat insulation

The conductive coefficient of paper-faced gypsum board is less than 0.2 W/mK,which is 9.5 percent of ordinary cement concrete, and 83.5 percent of hollow clay brick

The system makes use of the connecton of gypsum board and ceiling suspension,and forms cavity (or fills with sound-absorbing material).That can well solve the promble about insulation of heat and sound,etc
