Switchable glass is also known as smart glass, intelligent tinted glass, PDLC film glass, electrochromic glass, which is a laminated glass product consisting of a Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal (PDLC) film laminated between two layers of glass. With which provides instant switchable privacy for an opaque (frosrted) , milky white, laminated panel to become transparent while it's connected to power supply. And it's dimmable while connect to a voltage adaptor.

Thickness: As switchable glass s is a laminated glass, the thickness can be can be

4+4mm, 5+5mm, 6+6mm, 8+8mm, 10+10mm etc.

For insulated ones, the air spacer can be 6A, 9A, 12A etc, depends on the glass sizes.

Choice of glass substrates : low iron glass, tinted glass, Low-E glass,

silk screen printed glass, fire rated glass etc.

Sizes: Normal width :1200mm, Max width 1800mm, Max length: 3600mm.

We use sealed plywood crates to pack the switchable glass, which is free from fumigation.

Also will use A frame and stainless steel bending to fasten the crate, max load of each crate is 850-900KG.
