Operation manual: 1.Plug the power adapter to the source of electricity,then the DC to the hole that is the same size and may say"power in".By the time,the yellow LED light will tell you that it is in service mode. 2.The small LCD screen will display"PLA"OR "ABS",use the 2 buttons besides the small screen to adjust temperature.Every color has a different melting temperature,use the correct temperature t prevent any damage. 3.After choosing the correct material,press the forward button,and the red LED light will be on,which means the pen is in preheat mode and the temperature display will reflect the real temperature.When the red light turn green,means that the pen is ready to be use. 4.Insert the filament in the hole that fits and use your other hand to press the forward button,this way the internal small engine will be begin to feed the plastic.Until a small amount of plastics comes out,then the pen will be ready. 5.Drawing,you can adjust the speed just by one hand,you don't really need two hands to operate. 6.Different colors have different melting opints,please adjust accordingly or see the section about temperature adjustment. 7.Do not touch the nozzle or any part that radiates heat. 8.If the pen is idele by 2 minutes,it will go in to standby mode.The working or on light will be off,and the LCD will display SLEEP.To recover from the sleep mode,just press the forward button. 9.When you need to Reverse the filament,first press the Forward button,wait the hot filament come out,and then press the Reverse Button,otherwise the nozzle will be block. Change the material: 1.If there is a need to change the filament color and not material,use forward button or retract button(preferable)but keep the nozzle in a balance position. 2.If changing from PLA to ABS,after expulsing the actual material,reset or restart by unplugging and plugging,then choose the correct material and follow the normmal setps. 3.If changing from ABS to PLA,be very careful because the melting temperature of ABS is much higer than ABS,which means that the residual ABS will easily obstruct the nozzle if not done properly.The key to change from ABS to PLA is to maintain the higher melting temperature while changing to the lower temperature material.In short,with ABS high temp,mode in place,expulse(forward or retract)the residual ABS filament,quickly resert the pen(unplug-plug),change the mode to PLA(pen is still in higher temperature)insert the PLA filament and push out any remains of ABS from the nozzle before the temperature decreases. Temperature changing manual: There are different materials that can feed the pen,so in order to improve the quality of your creation,please be aware of the following points: 1.While working in low speed you may encounter a BEEP kind of sound,which means the pen is overheated,you can adjust to a lower remperature like 8-15℃. 2.In normal use,if you see a lot of bubble,it means that the temperature is high,just reduce the temp like 3-8℃ 3.Normally,there is no bubble and the plastic looks kind of reflective. 4.If the product is less bright or colorless and it is hard to extrude plastic,it means you are working with a low temperature,add 3-5℃ 5.If the product seems very liquid,it means the temperature is too hot,decrease 10-18℃ Problems and how to solve them: If a problem is encountered,look in the following table,if you still can’t solve the problem,contact your seller or our customer service.
