Description of 45% Carbon Balck Masterbatch 9014B

The 45% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 9014B , the upgraded version of 9014A,  100% Virgin polyethene carrier and high-qulaity carbon black, without any calcium carbonate filler,  adding special chemical additives for lubricant and dispersion. 45% Carbon Black Masterbatch 9014B has much better disperiona abilties and more black than 9014A, its MFI is as high 20 gram/10 mintues 21.6kg &190 Cdegree. The 45% Carbon Black Masterbatch comply with SGS testing and ROHS requirements, does not content heavy metal,  does not have any odor smell, compatiable with ABS, PC, PS, Nylon, PPM, PPS all engineering materials.. The 45% Carbon Black black masterbatch 9014b is  one injection grade black masterbatch, and  could be directly used for most thermal plastic hard resin injection , molding and compounding,  pressure sheet,extrution pipe.

The 45% Carbon Black Black Mastebatch 9014B is compatible with ABS, PC, PS, Nylon, PPM, PPS and all engineering  materials.

Method of Usage
The 45% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 9014B has good dispersion ability and  is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer,avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.

Recommended Dosage
1-3% subjected to the final products requirements.

Packaging And Storage
