Full Auto Hole Punching and Embedding Production Line is new generation for contactless smart card producing process, to realize the hole punching, antenna embedding and cutting procedures of smart card production line. 

Which could be used for normal film material such as: PVC, PC etc., the depth of material within 0.125-0.4 mm, the largest width of film is 540 mm, the normal layout of film is 3×8(320 mm long) or 6×8(640 mm long), 5×5, 6×7, 4×8 are also compatible.

High automation saves about 3 operators for customers who use this production line.

Details of Hole Punching and Embedding Two-in-One machine:

The body of Hole Punching and Embedding Production Line including feeding group, hole punching unit, embedding group, cutting group and collecting group. Whole machine is sealed while the movable windows are made of organic glass with security switch, which are used to observe working conditions and guarantee safety of operations.

The whole production line is full auto machine, while the PC main control system, motion control and unique design make the production line work stable and efficient. Which leads to easy operation and multiple functions. The feeding of roll material part adopts the convenient clamp for quick feeding. With the correction rectifying device, Hole punching and embedding machine could correct position of roll material to ensure the uniformity of material. Besides, it could detect the condition of material feeder and material collection device by photosensor, it will alert before the roll material runs out or the material collection device becomes full. 

Our hole punching and embedding machine adopts the advanced ultrasonic embedding techniques, use professional software (which are developed by YUANMINGJIE Technology) and CAD, it can embed different shapes of antenna according to specific needs, such as snake or circle antenna layer of dual interface smart cards and Inlay coils of non-contact smart cards. Speed of production line is about 6000 cards/hour (the 3×8 sheet). Users could select 2 or 3 work table to embed antenna, which greatly enhance the productivity. Servo positioning system guarantee the precise working and uniform distance between coils.
