25mm headphone speaker drivers, is a very common size in headphone speaker,many clients apply this 25mm size,so we build it with 32ohm 30mW high SPL 115dB, neodymium magnet,ABS support frame.As we know mylar cone is a very soft diaphragm,very thin,this is for to achieve a very low bass and nice mid range effect in the speaker design.But this kind of very thin diaphragm, also lead to another problem, diaphragm broken. Once touch,maybe not bounce back and broken,make the sound not good. For solving this problem,we design a face shield, fit into the speaker front side and protect speaker from dust,touch or irrelevant things come into.For the face plate, we also design a same size of venting hole,let sound can come out, so don't worry face shield will do harm to sound.On the other hand, protect speaker in some degree.
All the above parameters can be adjusted or customized according to customer requirements.
