Is 4000K brighter than 3000K?  

In the same package of SMD LED or Through-hole LED and same size of chip inside the package, when we light up both of 4000K LED and 3000K. 4000K will looks brighter even they got the same lumens. Because of color temperature, the color of 3000K LED will be more close to amber LED and looks more yellow-ish. Which is why people name those as warm white LED. 4000K color looks more whiter, which make people name it as neutral white LED.
