We packaged this 810nm LED with 5mm clear lens and 30 degree lens. But for infrared emitters 5mm infrared LED, there also have other choose for this through-hole infrared LED, such as we can package this 810nm LED with light blue clear lens, black lens and deep blue lens. In the market, 810nm LED can be used to improve image contrast, making it easier to read patterns from recorded images. In addition, camera sensors have higher sensitivity at 810nm. Which means, at the same optical output, the camera systems will extends the range compared with 850nm system. 810nm LEDs are also widely used for some medical apparatus and instruments.
