Shenzhen Best LED Opto-electronic Co.,Ltd can package this 810nm LED bare die with different case such as: 10mm infrared LED, 8mm through-hole LED, 5mm through-hole LED, 3mm through-hole LED or 810nm SMD LED, 810nm diffused LED ect. 2835FIRC-81L/14I100 is is a high efficiency infrared emitting diode in GaAlAs on GaAs technology, molded in clear, white clear tinted plastic packages. In comparison with the standard GaAs on GaAs technology these emitters achieve more than 100 % radiant power improvement at a similar wavelength.The forward voltages at low current and at high pulse current roughly correspond to the low values of the standard technology. Therefore these emitters are ideally suitable as high performance replacements of standard emitters.What's the different between infrared SMD LED and infrared Through-hole LED? The angle is the most different point. As we know, SMD LED is the short name of surface mount device, which means there is a plane lens for these LED mostly (If you really need SMD LED have a angle, we can add a lens on the top of SMD LED when we finished the production) . On the other hand, for Through-hole LED, there have lots of angle for your choose, such as: 10 degree, 30 degree, 45 degree, 60 degree ect, You will got longer radiation distance when you choose the narrower angle for the through-hole LED.
