Characteristics
Evolis compatible Cleaning Kits A5021 include 5 CR80 Cleaning Cards, 5 IPA Snap Swabs, 10 Pre-saturated Cleaning Wipes, it can be used for cleaning the transport rollers, printer printhead, and general use of cleaning for most evolis card printers.
CR80 cleaning card is constructed from 45% cellulose and 55% polyester, cellulose features excellent absorbency which slow down the IPA from drying out. It is presaturated with 99.9% IPA solution which is effective to remove ink, debris, residue built up on card printer rollers.
The plastic handle of the snap swab is filled with 99.9% IPA solution.
Simply squeeze or snap the plastic handle and the foam head becomes saturated with just the right amount of cleaning solution.
Nonwoven Cleaning Wipes are Pre-saturated with 99.9% Electronic Grade IPA Solution used in the Preventive Maintenance of Card Printers and Transaction Devices to clean the Thermal Print Heads, Platen Rollers, and Interior Components of the Device.

The substrate material of CR80 Cleaning Card is PVC and laminate on both sides with Blend Spunlace Cleaning Fabrics and it is pre-saturated with IPA solution and pouched in polyester laminated aluminum foil to provide excellent moisture vapor barrier properties.
