The materials of motorcycle cylinders are shown in Table 4. In order to ensure that the inner surface has high wear resistance and scratch resistance, many companies use cast iron to make the cylinder block, but the entire cylinder cannot be made of cast iron, otherwise it will almost not function normally. Therefore, all cylinders greater than 100CC are now aluminized, using gravity casting or low-pressure casting, inlaid with cast iron bars,-on the one hand to reduce the weight, and-to improve the anti-wear performance. The heat dissipation effect of the aluminum alloy cylinder is much higher than that of the cast iron cylinder, and the temperature around the combustion chamber has decreased, which improves the suction efficiency of the mixed gas, improves the impact resistance, and increases the engine output power.
