IBM is 16V, COMPAQ is mostly 18.5V, and some SONY models are 19.5V, which are not uniform. The second is that different laptop accessories  require different currents, ranging from 2A to 5.4A. Smaller machines require less current, and larger machines have larger currents. The third is that the computer charger  interfaces of notebook computers of various manufacturers are different, and it is difficult to be universal. Therefore, there is currently no universal computer charger  for all notebook computers.
