Product Description:

HDPE 500 sheet is a high crystallinity and non-polarity thermoplastic resin.

Hdpe polythene sheet has good chemical stability, low density, good toughness, good stretchability, tensile strength; Plastic hdpe sheet can resist corrosion of most acid, alkali, organic solution and hot water; good electric insulation property and is easy to weld.

AHD is the first to produce the ultra -thick plastic HDPE sheet (with a thickness up to 200mm) in China, whom started to research, develop and produce plastic hdpe plates and rods in 2002. With the imported and unique technology of residual  relieving and entirely virgin PE material without any reclaimed material added, for many years of innovation and improvement, such plates is free from issues such as deforming, bubble or easy rupture.

Application:

500 Micron hdpe sheet is widely used in drinking water,sewerage pipe, hot water pipe, conveying container, pump and value part, medical appliance, seal part, cutting plate and sliding material in chemical industry, machinery, power plant, garment, packaging and food industries.

Q2: Is your sample free?

A2:Yes, our samples are free, but the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

Q3: What about the MOQ ? 

A3:In addition to the sample, the minimum order quantity for a regular size product is 100kgs.

Q4: What about the packing ?

A4:  As per factory's exported standard, usually use steel pallets.

Q5: What about the payment term ?

A5:we accept payment by L/C , T/T, usually 30% deposit is requested before production. 50% deposit is request for customzied items.

Q6: What's your delivery time?

A6:For samples: within 1-3 working days; For orders: within 7-30 working days.
