AU Optronics Corp. (hereafter called AUO) G101EAN02.5 is a 10.1 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without touch screen. This AUO TFT-LCD is a 10.1 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen, G101EAN02.5 supports display 1280(RGB)×800 (WXGA) with aspect ratio of 16:10 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 216.96(W)×135.6(H) mm. As a AHVA, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, G101EAN02.5 can provides 450 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 89/89/89/89 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry . Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit + Hi-FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K hours. G101EAN02.5 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
