M230HCA-L3B Rev.C1 is a 23.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of 0 ~ 50°C , a storage temperature range of -20 ~ 60°C . This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 23.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen.  M230HCA-L3B Rev.C1 supports display 1920(RGB)×1080 (FHD) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 509.184(W)×286.416(H) mm, outline size of 517.2(W)×302.9(H)×12.9(D) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare (Haze 25%), Hard coating (3H), net weight of 1.85/2.05/2.15Kgs (Min./Typ./Max.). As a AAS, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, M230HCA-L3B Rev.C1 can provides 250 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio , and response time of 8/7 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 72% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 40K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. M230HCA-L3B Rev.C1 utilizes LVDS (2 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 30 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 5.0V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
