AA121XP13 Mitsubishi 12.1 inch TFT-LCD

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi) AA121XP13 is a 12.1 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product, with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C. This  Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 12.1 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen.AA121XP13 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 245.76(W)×184.32(H) mm, outline size of 260.5(W)×203(H)×10(D) mm, viewing area size of 249.0(W)×187.5(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 600g (Typ.). As a SWV, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, AA121XP13 can provides 1000 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/85/85 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 12/12 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Hi-FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted 4 strings WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 100K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AA121XP13 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz. 

We are able to offer AD board for this display to support VGA video input.
