This Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 9.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. On the basis of latest version datasheet 20090225 which was released out on 2 25 2009, AA090MC01 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. This product adopted 2 pcs CCFL as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Bottom side) and have a working life time of 50K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AA090MC01 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
