The AA050MH01-DA1 is a 5.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi), with an integral WLED backlight system, touch screen PCAP, Air Bonding. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C . This Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 5.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen.AA050MH01-DA1 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 108(W)×64.8(H) mm, outline size of 129.1(W)×95.3(H) mm, with surface treament of Clear. As a SWV, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, AA050MH01-DA1 can provides 400 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/85/85 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 12/12 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type. AA050MH01-DA1 utilizes CMOS (1 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
