AA150PD14 Mitsubishi 15.0 inch TFT-LCD

AA150PD14 is a 15.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C .This  Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. AA150PD14 supports display 1400(RGB)×1050 (SXGA+) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.5(W)×228.375(H) mm, outline size of 326(W)×255(H)×11(D) mm, viewing area size of 308.1(W)×232.1(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 910g (Typ.). As a SWV, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, AA150PD14 can provides 1000 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/85/85 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 12/12 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Hi-FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 72% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 100K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AA150PD14 utilizes LVDS as it's signal inputting systerm with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
