PD050VX2 is a 5.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Prime View International Co., Ltd. (hereafter called PVI), with an integral CCFL backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C .This PVI TFT-LCD is a 5.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. PD050VX2 supports display 480×640(RGB) (VGA) with aspect ratio of 3:4 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Horizontal Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 74.88(W)×101.76(H) mm, outline size of 91.4(W)×119.3(H)×8.2(D) mm, viewing area size of 78.50(W)×106.7(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 120±10g. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, PD050VX2 can provides 400 cd/m² display brightness 400:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 60/60/35/50 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 15/25 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors. This product adopted 1 pcs CCFL as it's backlight systerm and have a working life time of 50K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. PD050VX2 utilizes TTL (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 60 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/3.3/9.5/19.0/-10.0V (Typ.)(VCC/VDD1/VDD2/VGG/VEE).
