PD064VT5 is a 6.4 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product from PVI, with a built-in CCFL backlight, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This PVI TFT-LCD is a 6.4 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. On the basis of latest version datasheet Ver1.5 which was released out on 5 23 2005, PD064VT5 supports display 640(RGB)×480 (VGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 129.6(W)×97.44(H) mm, outline size of 175.4(W)×126.9(H) mm, viewing area size of 134.8(W)×101.8(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 340±10g. This product adopted 2 pcs CCFL as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Top and Bottom) and have a working life time of 50K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed.
