This Tianma TFT-LCD is a 4.2 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. TM042NDZP90-00 supports display 480(RGB)×272 (WQVGA) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 92.88(W)×52.632(H) mm, outline size of 102.5(W)×67(H)×27.1(D) mm, with surface treament of Without Polarizer, net weight of 78.0g (Typ.). As a SFT, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, TM042NDZP90-00 can provides 750 cd/m² display brightness 900:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 88/88/88/88 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 25 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 55% (NTSC). This product adopted 3 strings WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 10K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. TM042NDZP90-00 utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 8-bit) + SPI as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 50 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.).
