Air Separation Unit
Cryogenic air separation oxygen plant which obtain oxygen from liquid air at low temperature by difference of each component boiling point. Cryogenic air separation plant uses air as raw material, converts air into liquid state by means of compression cycle and deep freezing, and then gradually separates and produces oxygen from liquid air through rectification.
The asu plant separates atmospheric air into its primary components, typically nitrogen and oxygen, and sometimes also argon and other rare inert gases. The most common method for air separation is cryogenic distillation. Cryogenic air separation units are built to provide nitrogen or oxygen and often co-produce argon. It uses mature cryogenic rectification technology.
Our factory developed and designed a full-low pressure molecular sieve to purify the air and turbo expander refrigeration process to further reduce the energy consumption of small and medium sized air separation plants.
