The Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Filter Press

    For high pressure membrane filter press, between the filter plate and the filter cloth is equipped with a layer of elastic film. In the use of high pressure membrane filter press, when the feed is finished , high-pressure fluid or gas mediumcan can be put into the membrane plate, then the whole membrane will be filled with pressure filter cake.Then the high pressure membrane filter press can press the filter cake twice and achieve deep dehydration.

    Today we are going to talk about the maintenance and troubleshooting of the filter press.

    1. Check items before starting the machine to check whether the hydraulic station system and other equipment are in good working condition; Check whether the liquid level of the pulp barrel reaches more than 60%; Check whether the 4 rollers of the head wheel are in uniform contact with the track and can move freely; Check the lubrication and tightness of the traction chain; Check whether the two retractors are running synchronously and whether the retractors are flexible and reliable.

    2. Note during operation slowly and intermittently raise the feed pressure to the working pressure; Check whether all the briquettes on the press cloth are clean; Prevent dry slime from blocking the inlet of the filter plate; Observe the working condition of filter press and auxiliary equipment at any time. Two maintenance often check the oil level and oil quality of the hydraulic station, check whether there is leakage of the hydraulic cylinder, such as oil leakage, should replace the sealing ring.

    Regularly check whether the filter plate is broken and whether the ear seat fixing bolts are loose and broken. If any problems are found, replace and deal with them in time.

    When unloading cake, first check whether the press cloth is damaged, if damaged, it should be replaced in time; Two to check the sealing rubber around the filter plate, such as serious aging or damage should be replaced in time. 
The sliding track and transmission chain of the filter plate should be kept clean and lubricated frequently to reduce the resistance of the filter plate sliding and extend the service life of the chain. 
    Check and adjust the tightness of the chain on both sides regularly, so that the tightness is consistent.

    Often check the spring, pin shaft and other vulnerable parts in the hook box, if damaged, should be replaced in time. 
When installing the filter cloth, the joints on the top of each filter plate should be staggered to maintain the seal between the filter plates. When fastening the buckle, the buckle should not be pressed into the sealing surface of the filter plate.
