What is Round Filter Press?

High pressure round plate filter press is mainly used for kaolin or sand washing industry sewage treatment equipment. The working principle of this machine is consistent with other filter press. The sludge is pumped into the filter press, and then pressed and filtered to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation, so as to obtain recyclable water and filter cake with a certain moisture content. But what makes this machine different is that it has a circular shape and is made of polymer material, which has high pressure resistance and excellent sealing. This chapter describes a 10-square-meter small circular filter press, with a volume of 127L filter chamber, a diameter of 800mm filter plate and a weight of about 2200kg. Circular filter press is generally suitable for high fineness high viscosity and other difficult to filter materials.
