Most CNG are converted from gasoline vehicles. Keep the gasoline vehicle fuel supply system, and add a set of CNG fuel reserve, supply and control gas device. Pure gasoline cars are being converted into dual-fuel vehicles that can run on both gasoline and compressed natural gas. Although the type of CNG gas device varies from vehicle to vehicle, the structural principle is the same. Gas plant gas supply system is the core of CNG vehicle. The air supply system is composed of pressure reducing valve, power valve and mixer. The reducing valve is the key component. Its performance directly affects the performance of CNG vehicles, and is also the direct source of many failures of CNG vehicles. At present, there are two kinds of combined negative pressure exhaust reducing valve and split positive pressure exhaust reducing valve. The composition and structure of both are basically the same. In terms of the overall system, the main difference is the mixer, which uses a venturi tube mixer and a proportionally regulated mixer. The latter uses a proportionally adjusted mixer.
