Urea pressure sensor is composed of pump body, main filter element, urea pump pressure sensor anti-freezing rubber sleeve, main filter element shell four parts. Pump body: The speed of the pump motor is 800~3500rpm, and the pump motor provides pressure for the whole urea pipeline after operation; Motor is integrated on PCB board with ePRV valve. ePRV valve is used to control the maximum output pressure of urea pump pressure sensor (no mechanical pressure reducing valve), urea road inlet and outlet check valve using spring valve design, improve the durability of urea in large flow, not easy to plug or stuck. Main filter element: Filter impurities in urea (30 microns). Urea pressure transmitter antifreeze soft rubber sleeve: when the pump is closed, the pressure drops to 100Kpa, there is a lot of residual urea on the main filter element. If the temperature is as low as -11℃, the urea solution is frozen, and the soft rubber sleeve can improve the anti-freezing ability; Main component housing: The main component can be fixed with a soft rubber sleeve. The urea pressure sensor itself also has a strong thawing ability. There is engine cooling water circulation in the middle of the pressure transmitter. The cooling water thaws the urea in the pump directly through the thermal conductivity of the metal structure.
