Foxconn is our partner factory. We have 50 experienced technicians with up to 30 years of experience and some of them have worked at Microsoft. With 10 percent of our sales turnover invested in R&D every year, we can release one new product every month.
We gathered many talents in our company. In fact, 49 percent of our total workforce is R&D technicians, 30 percent is customer service representatives, 11 percent is logistics service personnel and 10 percent is administrative staff. In 2012, our pursuit of quality products and micro innovative concept aims to open the brand vision. Our brand philosophy focuses on "Dream creates BENEVE" and carries on our practices, providing the best quality products and services for users. Our "BENEVE" brand and logo were created in 2009 by our chairman Bruce Lan.
Our 100 QC personnel, with two years of experience, implement strict quality measures in the entire production process according to ISO 9001:2000 guidelines. Thus, all our products are compliant with RoHS, REACH and CE standards. In addition, we have been cooperating with seven suppliers for eight years. To control quality from the very start, our main parts are only purchased from Samsung. For your added assurance, we provide a one-year warranty for all our products.
