(A) Die sort: GiantOpto Electronics has the most advanced ASM dice sorting machines. It can sort out the dice detailedly to meet clients' different requirements in different domains, which will bring the maximum utilization ratio of dice. The production line is located in Chungho City in Taiwan Area.
(B) Packaging: GiantOpto Electronics has automatic equipments for the LED packaging. Our main products are Through Hole Lamps, Super Flux LEDs (Piranha LED Lamps) and TOP SMD LEDs (PLCC LED). The production line is in Chungho City of Taiwan Area.
(C) Module Development: to satisfy the demands of clients, GiantOpto Electronics also designs, develops and manufactures the application products, such as full-color display modules, car lighting modules, LED light modules and decorating lamp modules.
(D) Customized design: GiantOpto Electronics also has a dedicated and industrial experienced technical team involving in designing and manufacturing qualified LEDs according to customers' special demands.
